Preparation for EMIS's Application Process

:The Eastern Mediterranean International School offers two educational programs for its students

• The Pre IB - a one-year program designated for 10th graders who wish to join the IB Program.
• The IB Program - a two-year program designated for 11th-12th graders, that grants an IB (International Baccalaureate) Diploma. For the avoidance of doubt, students who did not attend the
  Pre-IB program can still apply to the program.

• To improve your chances of getting into EMIS.
• To boost your confidence regarding the admissions process.
• To gain a clearer understanding of what to expect, thus enhancing your real-time performance.

• Assistance with the online form and the essay

Noam Institute has a team of experienced psychologists who are experts in writing resumes and filling out personality questionnaires. Our staff will help you sort out the information essential for the questionnaires, teach you how to write an essay as well as assist you in many other areas.

• Preparation for the personal interview

Noam Institute offers personal guidance from a school-age specializing psychologist that includes a simulation of the personal interview as well as comprehensive feedback. This way, during your interview, you will be more familiar with the situation, and have the tools to navigate a full interview in a relaxed and confident manner.

• The school is located in the Sharon area, central Israel.
• The International Baccalaureate is taught in English. All students learn a second language (either Hebrew or Arabic).
• Twenty percent of the students are from Israel, twenty percent are from Arab Countries, and the rest are from all over the world.
• EMIS offers scholarships based on financial needs, that can cover up to 75% of the tuition.

The registration for EMIS has three rounds:

• Early Bird - from December 1st to January 15th.
• Regular Round - from March 1st to April 15th.
• Final Round - from May 1st to June 1st.

The admission process includes the following steps: 

1. An online application - Candidates need to submit recommendation letters from their school, last year's and mid-year grade reports, and a personal essay in English about themselves and the reasons they want to attend EMIS.
2. Online interview - An interview will be scheduled with the candidates whom the admission committee finds suitable for EMIS based on their application documents.
